How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, please send an email to the address below. This link will automatically pre-fill the subject line.

Important information

  • 1 Your request must clearly refer to your username or email address associated with your account, and state which app the request concerns.
  • 2 The following data will be deleted: user profile, activity log, posts, and other personal information.
  • 3 Certain data, such as transaction history, may be retained for an additional period for legal or accounting reasons.
